Terms & Conditions
Rules for using Stokita as users and business owners.
Effective May 26, 2026
By using Stokita, you agree to follow these terms. We keep them short and simple so daily users can understand them clearly.
About Stokita
Stokita is an app that helps businesses manage items, warehouses, stock, stock transactions, team members, and reports.
Stokita helps with operational records, but business decisions remain the user’s responsibility.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account, password, and device access secure.
Store owners or admins are responsible for setting team access based on work needs.
Data you enter
You are responsible for the accuracy of item, stock, price, transaction, and store information entered into Stokita.
We may store and process that data so app features can work as needed.
Prohibited use
You may not use Stokita for illegal activity, disrupting the service, trying to access another person’s account, or misusing another party’s data.
We may limit access if there is misuse, a security violation, or action that harms other users.
Service availability
We work to keep Stokita stable and easy to use, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, network issues, system changes, or things outside our control.
We may add, change, or stop certain features to improve the service.
Limitation of responsibility
Stokita is provided to help record and monitor stock. We are not responsible for business losses caused by input errors, operational decisions, device issues, or use of the app outside its function.
Always review important data before making major decisions.
Terms updates
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page.
