Delete Your Stokita Account

1. Open the Stokita app and sign in to your account.

2. Open the Settings menu, then choose Profile.

3. Under the ACCOUNT section, choose Delete Account.

4. Tick the confirmation for your account and for every business you own, then type the requested confirmation word.

5. Enter your password. If you signed in with Google, you will be asked to confirm with the same Google account.

6. Press the Delete Account button. This runs immediately and cannot be undone.

Email stokita@semakode.com from the address you registered with, using the subject "Account Deletion Request".

We will verify account ownership, process the deletion within 7 business days, and confirm once it is done.

Your sign-in details are permanently erased, so the account can no longer be used.

Your profile: name, email address, phone number, and profile photo.

The businesses you own and everything in them: items, warehouses, stock, stock transactions, invite codes, and team member lists.

Once deleted, that data cannot be opened or restored again, by you or by your team members.

An inactive copy of the records above stays in our system for auditing, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. That copy serves no other purpose and cannot be reached through the app.

Purchase and subscription history, which we are required to keep for bookkeeping and tax.

Error logs without personal data, which are deleted automatically after a while.

Deleting your account also deletes every business you own, along with access for all of its members.

If you want a business to keep running, transfer ownership to another member before deleting your account.

Stokita subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Cancel it in the Google Play Store: profile menu, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then select Stokita.
